My weight loss week 1

  1. This is a great idea! Have you checked out My Fitness Pal? It allows you to track you calorie intake as well as your exercise. I use it. I haven't lately, but I need to get back on it. My sn is Jackson711 on there is you decide to use it. It's free! Sparkpeople is also free and has loads of exercises, groups, and tips as well. And you can also track your fitness and nutrition on there too. My sn there is Jackson711 there too. My goal is to walk/jog a 5k in the spring. I need to get started again ASAP!
